What’s This?

A Chilling Autumn Night is a virtual reality haunted hayride experience where you defend your hay from monsters with your trusty flashlight. I was the producer for this project, and led our team of 9 to develop it for an interactive media exhibition event, FUSE, hosted at the Peoria Riverfront Museum.

My Process

Skills Applied

    • set up roadmap + assigned tasks
    • had a basic tractor setup with graybox ghosts
    • game ran at 2 FPS in Unity
      • remedied by baking lighting
  • Alpha milestone
    • monster models and environment assets imported
    • game ran smoothly in Unity editor, horribly in build
      • replaced cornstalk models with 2D images
      • narrowed down scope
  • Beta milestone
