Caterpillar Fluid Label Submissions

Try the Figma prototype here

What’s This?

For my advanced interaction design class, our professor connected us with UX designers from Caterpillar to create a small competition. We were put into groups and tasked with solving a UX problem that Caterpillar was facing: They wanted to increase online submission for fluid sample labels sent to their laboratories, as physical labels came with a lot of drawbacks. Over the course of 10 weeks, me and my group researched their consumer-base, and designed mobile app screens that make online submissions easier.
